Welcome back friends! It's SO fun to be stamping a little again. Today I'm guest blogging over on the MFT Blog too. It's sure great to peek in on my stamping family!
I was SUPER excited when I saw this BEAUTIFUL new die. Snowflake Window Die-namics takes the cake with it's beautiful elegance and ease of use. I just HAD to use it as the focus of my projects today.
I love glitter. Yes, it might just be silly at my age to be excited to play with it, but it's a fact. When I saw this die I mentally screamed "GLITTER!". One of my favorite things to use in creating with glitter is Scor-Pal's single sheet adhesive. I like to back window dies like this one and just dump glitter all over it. I also press in the glitter to really make it set in. It's so pretty and sparkly in person!
There are a few other fun layering elements that I've used today to frame the Snowflake Window on this card. Thank goodness for the Wonky Stitched Rectangle STAX and A2 Rectangle STAX set 1 that always come to mind for a whimsical, yet elegant type of card. I've also used the sweet sentiment is from the new Beautiful Blessings stamp set.
I decided to create this coordinating tag using Tall Tag Duo and MORE GLITTER! I will write in something when I put it on a plate of cookies this season. It would make a good bookmark too.
I just love the cool and festive that the Sno Cone card stock is with the Smooth White, crisp and clean!
Well, that's a wrap for today. I hope that if you aren't a glitter gal, that you will give it a try. It really makes this beautiful Snowflake Window Die-namics pop! Head on over to the MFT blog... there is SO much inspiration over there!
Thanks for poppying by, friends!
Beautiful. Love the way you added the glitter and the Sno Cone color is pretty against the white.
