We have sweet little chickadees outside of our windows all winter long. They are just darling too. I thought of them out there, trying to find the last of fall's seeds as they search over the frosted ground. That was my inspiration for today's card.
Kris Kringle collection has some great reverse side patterns on their patterned papers. I think that sometimes I forget to turn the glitzy side over and enjoy the simpler side. These were just perfect for what I was looking for. The Aqua Mist cardstock is a great companion to this paper. I also wanted to point out how the sentiment, from Birthday Bash Sentiments, is stamped a little offset to make room for the sweet Chickadee.
Zva Creative Crystals singles are one of my favorite embellishments right now. It's so pretty how they add such lovely light to a project and you can choose whatever placement you want. Very cool! I also wanted to point out that AWESOME Score-Tape! Let me just tell you this... THIS STUFF ROCKS! I just started using it about a month ago and I am spoiled. I don't know if I can ever live without it now!
BTW...This card is featured over at the SEI blog today! They've had a lot of fun things going on over there too... you should stop by there and check it out. I'm really learning a lot from the other designer's projects. Cool stuff!
