May 2010 Papertrey Ink release

  Just a quick post showing my last few projects using some of the newest release stamp sets from Papertrey Ink. A full supply list will be available in the gallery.

First off....  Up, Up & Away and Sentiments!

This card is so sweet and simple... I love the result!

 

That Zva Flourish looks so cool, as if it's lifting the balloon up!

Get to the Point.

 

Note: I trimmed a Mat Stack 2 die cute in half to add to the side of the focal image. I also used a  little sentiment square from the newest Color Couture set.

 

The background is stamped with the flower from Just For You.... and the Bling and flower are by Zva Creative.

Year of Flowers: Lilly of the Valley.
 

I used the linen impression plate to add the awesome texture then stamped right onto it. Little scattered bling add even more feel to the card.
 

I love how these flowers are pretty all alone, with not being colored in.
 

I also used Inside & Out: Thank You

Finally, Take Tree: Summer.

 

That bird is so adorable! I also used more Color Couture for this card.
 

I just love Alli's font choice with this set!

I hope you have been having fun with the ideas share for this month's release. I know that it was an easy to create for kind of month... because the sets are so amazing! I can't wait to play more!!!

Awesome projects, Lisa. I just love the Zva swirl on the first card. And the Get to the Point card is great. I now regret I didn't order that set. Well.....I have the order the Simply Chartreuse cardstock later this month, so I guess it will end up in my cart anyway. :-)

Amazing release! I think I bought everything you designed this month :) !!! Can't wait to get my order. Thankfully I was able to. I'm quite surprised that PTI tried to put into live production a new website on the day of the release. What were they thinking?! lol!
