I love buttons... yes... it's true! You have seen me use them several times and know this if you are a regular reader. I'm so giddy to share, if you haven't already heard, that Papertrey Ink is going to start carrying buttons!!!! WHOOHOO!!! Check out Nichole's Blog for all the fun deets! So much fun for the Papertrey Ink anniversary celebration!
Here is something fun I created with the CPS Sketch that Nichole talks about in post... using the Vintage Cream/Fresh snow mix vintage buttons!
I love the variety of the buttons in color, size and shape! YUMMMMMMMY!
I had fun combining Polka Dot Basics, Paper Tray and lOvE songs. It was fun to get a cozy card out there with Spring Rain, Pure Poppy and Kraft cardstock. Isn't that Spring Rain gingham perfect for the card too! I'm SO ready for Valentines day now!!!
These PTI DT members put some fun stuff together to share with today's fun buttons... check it out!
So... what fun things do you do with your buttons? do tell!
Wow Lisa - LOVE that card. The heart is awesome! I just used your Love Songs set today too, that one rocks!

I'm so glad to see you using Spring Rain again, Lisa - it's not one that I use enough....probably only once. And just like all PTI colors - it's incredibly versatile. And I LOVE LOVE what you did with the buttons - never thought to use bunches of them to cover something...good thinkin' there, girl!

I love that so many buttons come in a pack that you can use a bunch on one card and not feel like you are using all your supply. Less hoarding when you know that you won't run out quickly.

lisa, i'm so excited for the papertrey buttons!! and what a deal!! this is a precious card and i have had that color combo in my head for a couple of days now! something fun with buttons....i saw a picture someone had taken at CHA that was a big framed piece of something or other, but just to the inside of the black frame were buttons lining it all the way around. must have been a hundred of them in all different colors---TOO CUTE!!! but(ton) i have a question for you...is it ok to put buttons on projects with nothing going through the holes or is that not cool? i do both, but always wonder if they are too naked without being threaded!??

Love the button effect. I have jars of buttons that belonged to my mother, grandmother, and 2 aunts. All have passed away and now I have all of them. I separated them by color and use them on many of my projects. Sometimes it's hard to say goodbye, but I think this is how I'm supposed to use them.
