Last week I posted an invitation for you to join in on a challenge... See here for the details. I'm excited to share with you the links at the end of this post to those who are participating! It's so wonderful to see everyone's creations!
Here is my project using the Flower Garden stamp set combined with the Out on a Limb Sentiments to create a masculine Birthday card!
I have to tell you about my inspiration. I love the Anise pattern paper from SEI's Dill Blossom line. I've used it for several projects (for publications) and thought it would be fun to create something similar using the Leaf and Stem from Flower Garden. (I bent the curved stem to make it straight.) I used a synthetic sponge to create the shading on the card. The seed packet pattern was used to create a pocket for the insert.
These brads were added to the back flap to create a string closure. I love the feeling of the Cream, Kraft and Spring Moss together... such a down to earth combination! The sentiment is from Out on the Limb Sentiments... Very gender neutral.
It was so fun to create this masculine card using Flower Garden... It really expanded even further the limitless possibilities with this set! Now on to the Challenge participants! (late comers are welcome until Noon PST... Gallery Links are welcomed if you are blogles. I will add additional links if needed.)

I tried leaving comments for everyone linked here but some just wouldn't take. I hope everyone that played along reads this and know how much I enjoyed viewing your creations.
