I thought I would do a little Copic coloring for today's project...
Have you ever looked at a couch and discovered the shadows that appear naturally? I spent some time doing just that and this is my translation of that.
Here you also get a peek at the Poppy Picture and the lamp images for the first time. (no, I don't have a print like that but i DO have that exact lamp! LOL!) The sentiment is a play on words with not only the lamp (and light) but also how heavy the couch is... and a friends burden might be.
Notice the light coming from the lamp? it's subtle but really adds warmth to this cool toned card.
The BG stripe image is from Let Freedom Ring. It's such a great use for a holiday set. Don't forget to look at those holiday sets to see what can work for you year round... especially mixed with other sets.
